Senior Logistics Manager - FRANCE
Nanteuil-le-Haudouin
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to lead our warehousing and transportation operations in France. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll manage 3PL partnerships, own logistics execution and P&L, and shape future strategy to deliver outstanding service and support growth across both B2B and D2C channels.
This role will be based predominantly from our warehouse in Nanteuil-le-Haudouin.
Specifically, you will:

Improve customer experience, warehousing KPIs, handling costs, and overall service performance

Build and manage strong relationships with 3PLs and carriers to support growth and drive continuous improvement

Develop and execute inbound/outbound capacity models and shipping strategies aligned with commercial plans

Lead quarterly business reviews with third-party providers and define/deliver on key warehousing and shipping metrics

Own France logistics spend, processes and performance, and collaborate with global teams to share best practices

Support broader logistics initiatives, including D2C fulfillment and inbound transport projects
Some of the key skills and experience you’ll bring
-
Proven leadership in multi-site logistics and 3PL management, with a focus on cost and service optimisation

Strong commercial acumen and experience aligning logistics strategy with business goals

Expertise in KPIs, data-driven performance management, and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

Familiarity with compliance for food-grade, hazardous goods, and transportation regulations

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering (Master’s a plus)
-
7+ years in retail distribution or similar fast-paced environments
