Job Title: Senior Vice President, Creative Strategy & Transformation
Location: Needham, MA
Reports To: Chief Creative Officer
About the Role:
The SVP, Creative Strategy & Transformation is a visionary leader responsible for driving the evolution of the creative function across the organization. This role partners closely with the Chief Creative Officer and cross-functional leaders to translate a compelling creative vision into actionable strategies, seamless operating models, and transformative initiatives that elevate brand storytelling, accelerate content production, and expand global creative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Transformation
- Lead critical creative transformation initiatives aligned with the CCO’s vision.
- Represent the CCO in key meetings and decision-making forums.
- Drive a product-first mindset across the creative organization.
- Lead the evolution of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) creative strategies.
Creative Operating Model Innovation
- Develop and implement seamless, cross-functional operating models for DTC and social content.
- Reduce friction and lead times across creative teams.
- Enable POD teams to unlock product stories earlier, better, and faster.
- Drive onboarding and functional integration for VP+ leaders.
Global Expansion & Effectiveness
- Partner with the Global Executive VP to execute a global creative hub strategy.
- Lead creative strategy for key international markets, including the Nordics and LATAM.
- Drive global effectiveness and scalability of creative operations.
Thought Partnership & Vision Translation
- Act as a thought partner to the CCO and senior leadership.
- Translate the creative vision into clear, actionable strategies and communications.
- Develop compelling narratives and decks that articulate the creative vision.
Team & Capability Development
- Identify and close capability gaps across the creative L1 team.
- Ensure the right talent is in the right role at the right time.
- Partner with HRBP to build, buy, or borrow talent as needed.
- Inspire and challenge peers to elevate creative thinking and brand expression.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years’ experience in creative services, operations, or agency leadership within a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience with executive presentations, translating the creative vision into a compelling, actionable plan.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and optimize creative workflows.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience within consumer products, retail, or technology industries is preferred.
