En tant que Directeur(trice) principal(e), Partenaire d’affaires RH, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la création d’une expérience employé positive et dans l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires grâce à votre leadership en ressources humaines auprès de nos équipes au Canada. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les dirigeants de notre bureau de Montréal et à travers le pays pour aligner les stratégies RH avec les objectifs organisationnels, favoriser une culture de haute performance et soutenir le développement des talents dans un environnement dynamique axé sur l’innovation.


Responsabilités principales

  • Agir comme point de contact principal pour tous les membres de l’équipe au Canada concernant les questions liées aux avantages sociaux, à la paie, à la formation, etc.
  • Gérer les dossiers des employés au Canada, en veillant à ce que tous les documents d’embauche soient complétés et archivés conformément aux lois sur la conservation des documents.
  • Gérer tous les aspects de l’expérience d’embauche, y compris la création de nouvelles demandes, la participation aux panels d’entrevue, la préparation des lettres d’offre et l’animation des séances d’orientation.
  • Élaborer des modèles de conception organisationnelle et des plans de gestion du changement pour assurer une structure organisationnelle efficace.
  • Offrir des formations et des programmes de développement pour les membres de l’équipe au Canada, en développant des solutions adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des équipes et au renforcement des compétences en leadership.
  • Servir de conseiller(ère) stratégique auprès des cadres supérieurs en matière de conception organisationnelle, de planification de la main-d’œuvre et de gestion des talents.
  • Diriger et mettre en œuvre des initiatives RH soutenant les objectifs d’affaires, incluant la gestion de la performance, l’engagement des employés et la planification de la relève.
  • Collaborer avec les Centres d’excellence (acquisition de talents, apprentissage et développement, rémunération globale) pour offrir des solutions RH intégrées.
  • Promouvoir la culture et les valeurs de SharkNinja, en assurant une expérience employé cohérente et inclusive.
  • Analyser les indicateurs RH et les tendances pour éclairer la prise de décision et favoriser l’amélioration continue.
  • Gérer les relations de travail de manière proactive et orientée vers les solutions.
  • Soutenir les efforts de gestion du changement et les initiatives de transformation organisationnelle.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe; maîtrise ou certification RH (atout).
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience progressive en RH, dont au moins 3 ans dans un rôle stratégique de partenaire d’affaires RH.
  • Capacité démontrée à influencer et à établir des relations solides avec les cadres supérieurs.
  • Capacité à gérer des tâches à la fois tactiques et stratégiques, avec rapidité d’exécution sur les priorités critiques.
  • Expérience dans un environnement en forte croissance, matriciel ou international (atout).
  • Solides compétences analytiques, en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Bilinguisme anglais-français requis.

 

Position Overview

As a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business outcomes through HR leadership across our Canada team members. You’ll partner closely with business leaders in our Montreal office and across Canada to align people plans with organizational goals, foster a high-performance culture, and support talent development in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all Canada team members regarding questions on benefits, payroll, training, and more.
  • Manage the employee records for Canada including ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed and appropriate records are filed and held per records retention legislation.
  • Manage all elements of the team member hiring experience, including inputting new requisitions, participating on interview panels, preparing offer letters, and conducting orientations.
  • Build out org design models & plans for change management to ensure a high functioning org structure across businesses.
  • Conduct training & development courses for Canada team members, leading the way to develop solutions to target specific team needs and overall leadership skill building.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Lead and execute HR initiatives that support business objectives, including performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Champion SharkNinja’s culture and values, ensuring a consistent and inclusive employee experience.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee relations matters with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Support change management efforts and organizational transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP.
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage both tactical and strategic-level work, moving with speed to execute on critical priorities.
  • Experience in a high-growth, matrixed, or global organization is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French is required.
