Unit 26 is a small team of builders reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, with executive sponsorship and access to the C-suite from day one. We take on high-impact challenges that cross functions, remove constraints, and unlock new possibilities for the business.

Every problem is different. What we build might be an application, an algorithm, an AI agent that eliminates thousands of hours of manual work, or a system that doesn't yet exist at SharkNinja, or anywhere else.

We start at zero, prove the value, ship the solution, and hand it off to the business unit ready to take it further. Then we do it again.
