Ninja is looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Manager to lead the local execution of impactful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business results across the full consumer journey.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll sit at the heart of our high-performing marketing team—bringing global campaign strategies to life in the French market with creative energy and operational excellence. You'll work cross-functionally with global and local teams across creative, media, digital, PR, Amazon, and retail to ensure a seamless, compelling brand experience at every touchpoint.

🔥 What You’ll Do

  • Drive the local execution of 360° global IMC plans for product launches, brand moments, and seasonal campaigns

  • Own timelines, deliverables, and budgets across internal teams and external partners/agencies

  • Manage the trafficking of all campaign assets to ensure flawless execution across media channels

  • Act as the local voice in global conversations—shaping creative, messaging, and media through a French lens

  • Develop sharp, locally relevant creative briefs and contribute to global messaging frameworks

  • Partner closely with media, PR, influencer, social, D2C, and retail teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance—sharing insights, learnings, and post-mortems with global stakeholders

  • Lead local market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and storytelling

  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, consumer behavior shifts, and innovation relevant to the French audience

 

💼 What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 8+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or brand communications—ideally in a fast-paced consumer goods environment

  • A proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel campaigns with precision and flair

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit—you thrive in cross-functional teams

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet) is a plus

  • A passion for innovation, storytelling, and building brand love

  • Comfort in a high-growth, agile environment—where you move fast, test ideas, and drive results
