As we are rapidly expanding our operations, we are looking for a Digital Trade Marketing Manager to join our Trade Marketing Team.
The position is based in our central and vibrant Paris office. Hybrid – 3 days in the office.
OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Trade Marketing Director, you will be accountable for digital execution at retail and will be the expert of our digital visibility with our retailers. This role will be an integral part in our fast growing and progressive Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a clear experience of online optimization and brand online execution.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
- Ownership of online execution of our retail partners.
- Interaction with marketing departments of the key retailers
- Driving performance and sell out based on online maximisation
- Surfing on new product launches, digital promotional activity and pricing
- Ensuring best in class digital content is presented across our retail websites by liaising with the content team
- Monitoring day-to-day website activity, considering the consumer journey
- Relay messages, claim and communication around the Shark & Ninja Products
- Building relationships with retailers to develop effective marketing plans to achieve key deliverables on focus initiatives
- Reporting on sales performance, due to online execution and measure impact of initiatives in key product categories, analysing & presenting data and insights to stakeholders
- Reviewing online content before go-live to ensure it’s effective and managing detail-oriented optimisations to drive continuous improvements and maximise sales opportunities
Attributes & Skills:
- Fluent French and English
- Strong knowledge of the digital environment and consumer journey
- 5 years+ experience in a similar role with experience in Digital Sales & commercial trading
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to react to change in a fast-paced environment, working independently or as part of a team
- Understand the digital shopping funnel and the key digital trading metrics across traffic, conversion, AOV and sales
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, making active contributions to drive key objectives
- Self-starter with effective time management and organisation skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and interpretation of commercial sales data
- Proven experience in analytics platforms & online performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics, ContentSquare, …)
