About the role
As Vice President of Sales – DACH, you’ll take full ownership of our commercial success in the region. You’ll lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing team while delivering ambitious revenue targets. Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll be at the helm of our go-to-market strategy, responsible for accelerating momentum across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This is a high-impact leadership role where your voice will shape strategy, your vision will define our trajectory, and your energy will inspire teams.
What you’ll be doing

Define and lead our sales go-to-market and commercial strategy across the DACH region

Build, coach, and scale a top-class sales organisation, from directors to account execs

Set ambitious targets – and smash them – by fostering a high-performance culture

Own the customer relationship, from major retail partners to key stakeholders

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to win in market

Drive operational excellence, streamlining tools, processes, and forecasting

Represent SharkNinja at industry events and in strategic conversations with key partners

Report directly into the Managing Director of DACH and Poland
What you’ll bring
-
12+ years of progressive sales leadership, including 5+ years at senior regional level
-
Deep commercial understanding of the DACH market, especially Germany
-
A proven record of scaling teams and exceeding revenue targets

Natural ability to lead across borders, with strong cultural and commercial fluency

A data-driven mindset, and experience with CRM/sales operations tools

Full professional fluency in German and English

Experience in high-growth consumer goods, tech, or B2B2C models is a plus
