AI at SharkNinja

At SharkNinja, we’re building an AI-native culture. We’re not waiting for the future; we’re creating it. Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers. If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Insights Strategic Operations Manager to lead the intake, refinement, communication, and tracking of operational improvement opportunities, ranging from optimizing current programs and processes to developing new rhythms that offer improvement in planning, execution and impact of the Global Insights work. The Insights Strategic Operations Manager supports a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring consistent submission and follow-through on projects that enhance operational efficiency, reduce spend, and drive confident growth and consumer-loved products. To do so, they will need to work closely across Insights six functions (Category & Roadmap, Foresight, Market Insights, Innovation Insights, Sensory Insights, Experience Insights), and our key cross-functional partners (Product Development, Consumer Experience, Product Integrity, Marketing, Sales and Creative) connecting the dots to ensure development of products that will drive a high rate of sale and deliver 5-star experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the planning, coordination, and tracking of high-priority Insights initiatives across all six team pillars, ensuring projects are on time, impactful, and aligned with the broader Product Excellence agenda
  • Partner with the VP Insights and Director of Foresight & Growth to define team-wide priorities, synthesize cross-pillar findings, and shape the Insights strategic roadmap
  • Curate and maintain regular reporting cadences — including weekly operational updates, monthly KPI tracking across all six Insights pillars, and quarterly reviews that surface breakthrough progress, emerging opportunities, and strategic wins — ensuring consistent socialization of results with senior leadership and the ELT to maintain visibility into the team's impact and momentum
  • Prepare weekly synthesis of critical program updates to uncover issues big and small to drive awareness of consumer pain points and cross functional hurdles to be elevated to the CGO and CPEO each week
  • Maintain a detailed register of High Impact Initiatives and Insights opportunities, track weekly progress across key workstreams, and manage intake of incoming requests — maintaining visibility into competing priorities and ensuring critical initiatives receive appropriate focus, follow-through, and timely reporting to the ELT
  • Monitor cross-functional workstreams for signs of friction, misalignment, or stalled progress — surfacing risks and blockers to the VP with relevant context and recommended next steps to keep Insights-dependent initiatives on track
  • Stay at the forefront of AI-powered research platforms and proactively evaluate new solutions for potential integration

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic operations, program management, or a related role within a CPG, consumer tech, or product-led organization — with a demonstrated track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs from intake through delivery. Familiarity with consumer insights, market research, or innovation processes strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines — able to adapt quickly as priorities shift without losing momentum on existing commitments
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and minimal direction — able to define priorities, structure approaches, and drive progress independently in a role where the scope evolves and not every path is clearly defined
  • Strong written communication, particularly in summarizing complex issues for executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to work with and present to VP+ level stakeholders; ability to distill complexity into clear, confident, and compelling narratives
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of building trust and productive working relationships across diverse teams and seniority levels — able to navigate competing priorities diplomatically, influence without authority, and escalate with clarity and context when needed
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and a clear vision for how AI can elevate process quality, speed, and impact—experience operationalizing AI in a research or insights context strongly preferred
