Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on DTC & Amazon Lead to lead the creative strategy and execution for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Amazon channels. This role is pivotal in shaping how our products are presented and experienced across digital platforms, driving conversion, brand love, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Own and evolve the creative vision for SharkNinja’s DTC and Amazon experiences, ensuring consistency with brand identity while optimizing for performance.
- DTC Experience: Oversee creative for SharkNinja.com and NinjaKitchen.com, including homepage, landing pages, product pages, email, and digital campaigns.
- Amazon Strategy: Drive the creative strategy for Amazon retail media assets, ensuring compliance with platform best practices and brand standards.
- Performance-Driven Design: Partner with analytics and UX teams to test, learn, and iterate creative based on performance data and consumer insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with eComm, brand, product marketing, and global teams to align creative with business objectives and go-to-market strategies.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends, eCommerce design, and Amazon innovations to keep SharkNinja at the forefront of digital retail.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital/eCommerce creative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven success leading creative for DTC and Amazon channels in a fast-paced, consumer product environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing digital campaigns and eComm experiences.
- Deep understanding of Amazon creative requirements and conversion optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing, data-driven design, and performance marketing.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
