Work Period: January 2026 through June 2026
Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA with the remaining days worked remotely. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
Compensation Range: Ranges from $26/hr - $35/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

As a key member of the Sales Enablement team, you’ll support the development and execution of initiatives that empower our national salesforce to succeed. From preparing for key retailer meetings to organizing digital training materials and optimizing internal processes, you’ll be immersed in the day-to-day operations that fuel SharkNinja’s sales excellence. In this role, you’ll gain meaningful exposure to sales operations, stakeholder collaboration, and content development while contributing to real, measurable outcomes. Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
- Assist in coordinating and executing retailer-facing customer meetings, including preparation, scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Support the creation of presentation materials, meeting agendas, and briefing documents to ensure sales teams and executives are equipped for productive discussions.
- Help manage meeting logistics, including room setup, technology needs, product samples, and on-site facilitation.
- Participate in field and virtual retailer engagements to gain firsthand experience in customer interactions and sales presentations.
- Assist in managing workflow tracking systems to ensure sales excellence initiatives and retailer deliverables remain on schedule.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations—to track key milestones and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Identify potential roadblocks in execution timelines and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Help drive accountability by maintaining clear documentation and follow-up actions for ongoing projects
- Support the development, organization, and maintenance of the national sales team’s resource hub, ensuring easy access to critical sales tools, training materials, and reference documents.
- Assist in content updates, file organization, and user accessibility improvements to enhance the resource hub’s functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional resources and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the creation, curation, and enhancement of digital learning content designed for internal sales employees and external retailer training.
- Support the production of training modules, video tutorials, interactive guides, and knowledge-based resources.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligned with product training goals.
- Monitor and gather feedback on training materials to optimize effectiveness and user experience.
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Education: Must be currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program, or have graduated within the past year
- Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
- Prior experience with systems like Showpad, Salesforce, or LMS platforms is a plus.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate precision and attention to detail when tracking tasks, managing documentation, and supporting cross-functional workflows.
- Collaborate seamlessly with sales, training, and operations teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Take initiative to solve problems, identify process improvements, and contribute to evolving best practices.
- Manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Leverage Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to build presentations, manage data, and support project execution.
- Demonstrate interest in digital learning platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Adapt quickly and stay flexible, maintaining a positive attitude when working with shifting timelines and cross-functional needs.
- Contribute a team-first mindset, eager to support high-visibility projects that enable SharkNinja’s salesforce to thrive.
- Bring curiosity and a willingness to learn, especially when engaging with new tools, processes, or internal systems.
