Work Period: January 2026 through June 2026

Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA with the remaining days worked remotely.  There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Compensation Range: Ranges from $26/hr - $35/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

This role: Are you passionate about e-commerce, pricing strategy, and the fast-moving world of digital marketplaces? Do you thrive in environments where data, technology, and innovation intersect? If so, we invite you to learn more about the Marketplace Co-op, Strategic Sales role at SharkNinja.

As a Marketplace Co-op, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our Marketplace team in executing best-in-class pricing and promotional strategies across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Marketplace Pricing Manager, you’ll help manage promotional tools, monitor competitive pricing, and ensure operational excellence that drives results. From calendar coordination and scraping tools to analytical insight and testing, you’ll contribute to the systems and decisions that power SharkNinja’s online success. If you’re analytical, organized, and excited to be at the heart of e-commerce strategy, we want to hear from you!

 Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

  • Manage and own day-to-day operations of our MEC/CEC promotional tools, including calendar updates, promo vetting, and confirmation tracking
  • Drive process improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and evolve existing systems that support promotional execution
  • Own and scale a supplementary price scraping tool, delivering actionable internal and competitive pricing intelligence across key marketplace platforms like Amazon and Walmart
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pricing, Sales, and Analytics teams to deliver insights that inform go-to-market decisions
  • Support the Marketplace Pricing Manager on high-impact initiatives, including SFO promo data management enhancements and documentation accuracy
  • Test, scope, and document new features and improvements for internal promotional systems
  • Analyze marketplace performance data to identify pricing opportunities and support profitable growth
  • Gain exposure to omnichannel e-commerce strategy at a global consumer brand known for innovation, speed, and 5-star execution
  • Learn how marketplace strategy fuels digital growth and helps SharkNinja win online

 ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Education: Must be currently enrolled in an associate’s or bachelor’s program
  • Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
  • Demonstrate previous experience or internship exposure within business, retail, or e-commerce environments
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
  • Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and confidence across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Show sharp attention to detail and maintain high standards for data accuracy and organization
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats across cross-functional teams
  • Apply critical thinking to solve problems and improve processes proactively
  • Collaborate with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal awareness
  • Operate with a mindset of continuous learning, always looking for ways to streamline, automate, and scale
  • Embrace a growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for understanding the evolving landscape of e-commerce marketplaces
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms (i.e. Amazon) and experience using scraping tools/dashboard reporting systems is a plus
