The Sr. HR Generalist will serve as a hands-on People & Culture partner supporting business leaders and associates, helping connect day-to-day HR support to broader people priorities and business needs.

As the Sr. HR Generalist, you'll support leaders and associates across employee relations, performance management, talent processes, and organizational initiatives, working closely with the HRBP team and broader People & Culture function to execute key programs.

Success in this role requires someone who communicates clearly, handles day-to-day people issues with sound judgment, and brings a continuous-improvement mindset to how we support our associates and leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Support leaders and associates with day-to-day questions and issues related to employee relations, performance management, talent, rewards, and hiring.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and the HRBP team on workforce planning activities, succession planning support, and talent initiative execution.
  • Assist with organizational change efforts, including supporting organizational design updates and talent integration activities under HRBP direction.
  • Lead or co-lead HR programs and projects with some independence, helping translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Pull and organize people data to help identify trends and support recommendations for organizational effectiveness.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Solid HR generalist experience, including exposure to HR Business Partnering or HR project/program support.
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, and employment practices.
  • Ability to support and coach frontline leaders and help navigate moderately complex people issues.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to manage tasks independently with some guidance on ambiguous or higher-stakes issues.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or matrixed environment preferred.

 

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range
$97,500$161,000 USD
