Work Period: July 2026 to December 2026

Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

This role: The Technical Project Management Co-op will support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs that span hardware, firmware, software, and data systems. This role focuses on driving alignment, tracking execution, and ensuring visibility across interconnected workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment. You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to help translate technical requirements into actionable plans, maintain program structure, and enable teams to deliver on time. The right individual will bring a strong “can do” mindset, thrive in ambiguity, and be energized by connecting the dots across systems, teams, and timelines. The main work of this team is to ensure programs are structured, tracked, and executed effectively across a highly matrixed organization.

Here are some of the exciting things you’ll get to do:

  • Support end-to-end program planning, including defining scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple technical workstream
  • Use Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, track progress, and maintain centralized, up-to-date project documentation
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and status trackers
  • Coordinate across hardware, firmware, software, and data teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, drive follow-ups, and ensure accountability across stakeholders
  • Support technical issue tracking and triage, helping to surface blockers and drive resolution paths
  • Develop dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Excel to provide visibility into program health, risks, and performance metrics
  • Assist in preparing clear, concise program updates and executive-ready presentations
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, transparency, and execution speed

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Education: Current student in a bachelor’s or a master’s program or within 1 year of graduation from a bachelor's or master's program
  • Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
  • Strong proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with data visualization, reporting tools, or dashboard development
  • Mandarin language fluency preferred
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Jira and Confluence preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable updates
  • High attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and brings a strong “can do” attitude
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively across a matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Foundational understanding of technical development processes across hardware and/or software systems

Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. 

The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, health savings account (HSA) with company contribution, sick time, company holidays, employee product discount, product testing opportunities, referral bonuses, and more. 

Hourly Pay Range
$27$36 USD
