Overview

The AI and Technical Designer is a hybrid role designed to bridge creative ideation, AI driven production, and cross functional execution.

This role acts as connective tissue across Design, Marketing, Product Development, and Studio Production, ensuring brand consistency while accelerating delivery and embedding AI into the creative workflow.

You will combine technical design precision with strong AI fluency to help teams move faster, reduce friction, and produce higher quality outputs across NPD, CORE, and international SKUs.

What You’ll Do

• Translate concept stage creative into production ready artwork across print and digital
• Ensure design consistency and brand standards across all deliverables
• Act as liaison between Product Development, Marketing, Design, and Production
• Oversee artwork delivery and maintain quality across all outputs
• Design, test, and refine prompts for AI generated creative outputs
• Continuously improve AI outputs for accuracy, tone, and visual quality
• Build and maintain a prompt library and AI playbook for the team
• Help integrate AI tools into creative and production workflows
• Educate and upskill teams on AI tools and best practices
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 years experience in technical design, production, or creative operations
• Strong understanding of print and digital production workflows
• Experience working across design, marketing, and product teams
• Proven ability to maintain brand systems across complex environments
• Hands on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly or similar
• Strong writing and communication skills for prompt development
• Ability to think both creatively and systemically
• Familiarity with scripting or structured data formats is a plus
• Experience in consumer goods or high volume SKU environments preferred
