En tant que spécialiste, analytique des opérations et traitement des commandes, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la supervision et l’optimisation des systèmes de traitement des commandes, la coordination de divers projets et l’exploitation des données analytiques afin de soutenir la prise de décision au sein de l’organisation. 

Ce rôle multidimensionnel requiert de solides compétences organisationnelles, une grande attention aux détails et une forte capacité d’analyse afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et le succès des projets.

Responsabilités principales 

  1. Traitement des commandes 
  • Gérer l’ensemble du processus de traitement des commandes, incluant la saisie, le suivi, l’exécution et la facturation 
  • Collaborer avec des équipes transversales (ventes, gestion des stocks, logistique) afin d’assurer un traitement des commandes précis et en temps opportun 
  • Évaluer et optimiser en continu les processus afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et la satisfaction client 
  • Résoudre les problèmes ou écarts liés aux commandes et mettre en place des actions correctives 
     
  1. Coordination de projets 
  • Agir à titre de point de contact principal pour la coordination de projets dans le domaine des opérations (OM/Ops) 
  • Élaborer des plans de projet, des échéanciers et des jalons afin d’assurer une exécution efficace 
  • Suivre l’avancement des projets, identifier les risques et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’atténuation 
  • Coordonner les ressources nécessaires à l’atteinte des objectifs et des échéances 
     
  1. Analytique 
  • Utiliser des outils et techniques analytiques pour extraire des informations pertinentes liées au traitement des commandes, à la performance des projets et à l’efficacité opérationnelle 
  • Développer et maintenir des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) 
  • Produire des rapports et tableaux de bord pour soutenir la prise de décision basée sur les données 
  • Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration des processus selon les analyses et les meilleures pratiques 

Qualifications 

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, gestion des opérations, analytique ou domaine connexe 
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en traitement des commandes, coordination de projets et analytique, idéalement dans un environnement dynamique 
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils d’analyse de données (Excel, SQL, Tableau) et capacité à interpréter des données complexes 
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément 
  • Expérience avec un ERP (Oracle, un atout) 
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication et en collaboration interfonctionnelle 
  • Souci du détail et engagement envers la qualité et la précision 
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement en constante évolution et à s’adapter rapidement 
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais requis

As an Operations Analytics & Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the order processing system, coordinating various projects, and leveraging analytics to drive informed decision-making within the organization. This multifaceted position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical prowess to ensure smooth operations and project success. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making through effective order processing, project coordination, and data-driven analytics. Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Order Processing: 
  • Manage end-to-end order processing activities, including order entry, tracking, fulfillment, and invoicing. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 
  • Continuously evaluate and streamline order processing workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
  • Address any issues or discrepancies related to orders and implement corrective actions as needed. 
  1. Project Coordination: 
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project coordination in the OM/Ops sphere, facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders. 
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project execution. 
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or obstacles, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. 
  • Coordinate resources to support project objectives and deadlines. 
  1. Analytics: 
  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract insights from data related to order processing, project performance, and operational efficiency. 
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of order processing and project outcomes. 
  • Generate reports and dashboards to present actionable insights to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data analysis and industry best practices. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field.  
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in order processing, project coordination, and analytics roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex datasets. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Experience with Oracle ERP considered an asset. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities. 
  • Fluency in French and English required 

 

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
