As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Senior Sales Director to our Italy team.   The position is based in our Milan offices (3 days a week). 

OVERVIEW: 

As a Senior Sales Director you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will focus on strategic account management, business development, and sales leadership to achieve and exceed targets. You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.  

What You'll Do: 

 Account Management & Growth: 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.  
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities.  
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative sales and solutions.  

 New Business Development: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.  
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers to influence buying decisions.  
  • Work with the sales team to develop compelling sales pitches and presentations. 

Sales Strategy & Execution: 

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue, profit, and customer acquisition goals.  
  • Develop pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and proposals.  
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and lead-generation strategies.   

Team Collaboration & Leadership: 

  • Mentor and support junior sales team members where applicable.  
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.  
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to leadership.  

What You'll Bring: 

  • Experience: 15 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in consumer goods or consumer electronics.
  • Fluent Italian and English 
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and grow key accounts. 
  • Client-Focused: Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. 
  • Negotiation & Closing: Expertise in handling complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive long-term business success. 
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • CRM & Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
