Role Summary 

The Sales Training Excellence Associate – LATAM is responsible for developing, localizing, and deploying sales training content to support Mexico and emerging LATAM markets. This role plays a critical part in driving conversion at shelf by ensuring field teams, ambassadors, and partners are trained with culturally relevant, market-appropriate content. 

This role reports into the Sales Training Excellence Manager – Americas and is tightly aligned to regional growth priorities. 

Mission 

Accelerate LATAM growth by delivering high-quality, localized sales training that improves selling confidence, consistency, and in-store conversion. 

Key Outcomes (First 12 Months) 

  • Fully localized product and selling training for LATAM markets 
  • Faster deployment of training aligned to launches and retail moments 
  • Improved adoption of training content across LATAM teams 
  • Clear linkage between training efforts and sales performance 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Develop and localize sales training materials for LATAM audiences 
  • Adapt global training content to regional needs, language, and culture 
  • Support live and on-demand training delivery 
  • Partner with regional Sales teams to identify training gaps 
  • Track training adoption, completion, and effectiveness 
  • Support LMS deployment and content management for LATAM users
