We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Manager, Media to join our expanding local and regional Media teams.
DAY-TO-DAY MEDIA MANAGEMENT
• Develop and implement multi-channel media plans for Mexico, aligned with brand objectives, product priorities, and marketing goals.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, KPIs, and media targets.
• Connect upper- and lower-funnel media activation, sharing insights with performance teams and applying learnings to optimize plans.
• Oversee campaign execution, optimization, tracking, and reporting across TV, print, digital, paid social, paid search, and other relevant channels.
• Ensure media campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, within budget, and against agreed performance expectations.
• Stay informed on emerging media trends, technologies, platforms, and advertising opportunities, recommending relevant tests and opportunities.
BUDGET & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
• Manage and track media budgets primarily for Mexico, including spend across campaigns and, when supporting LATAM markets, multiple currencies.
• Monitor budget pacing and maintain accurate forecasts in partnership with agencies and Finance.
• Support quarterly and annual budget planning and identify opportunities or risks that may require budget reallocation.
• Recommend reallocations across channels or campaigns based on performance, business priorities, and commercial timing.
MEASUREMENT & OPTIMIZATION
• Oversee accurate and timely reporting of campaign performance and ensure key metrics and insights are shared with stakeholders.
• Work closely with Analytics and agency partners to leverage dashboards, scorecards, and platform reporting.
• Use tools and methodologies such as Nielsen, DOMO, Attest, MMM, Brand Lift, and platform reporting where applicable.
• Analyze campaign data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for optimization and future planning.
• Support learning agendas and document key campaign learnings to improve future media effectiveness.
AGENCY & PARTNER MANAGEMENT
• Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies and external partners supporting Mexico.
• Provide clear briefs, timelines, expectations, and feedback to agency teams.
• Ensure agencies follow agreed planning, governance, measurement, and reporting standards.
• Conduct regular campaign performance and optimization reviews and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with media owners and platform partners to stay informed on relevant opportunities.
LATAM SUPPORT & REGIONAL WAYS OF WORKING
• Support additional LATAM markets on an as-needed basis, adapting media plans and execution to local market requirements.
• Coordinate campaign launches across markets when required, ensuring alignment on timing, creative assets, investment, and reporting.
• Maintain Mexico media planning templates, calendars, trackers, and processes, and support regional templates or processes where relevant.
• Share Mexico campaign learnings and best practices with LATAM teams and contribute to regional media playbooks.
• Support local marketing teams with media guidance and best practices when requested.
• Identify relevant new media opportunities that could benefit Mexico and, where appropriate, other LATAM markets.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• 4+ years of experience in media, integrated marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, brand-side or agency.
• Proven experience executing advertising campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Experience managing day-to-day media agency relationships and campaign execution.
• Experience with full-funnel media activation and an understanding of how brand and performance media work together.
• Experience tracking campaign budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance.
• Strong knowledge of media platforms including TV, online video, paid social, paid search, programmatic, and emerging channels.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and measurement tools such as Nielsen, DOMO, Attest, or equivalent.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, markets, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Marketing, Creative, Analytics, E-commerce, Finance, Sales, and agency teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and a high degree of coordination.
• CPG, consumer electronics, retail, or small domestic appliance experience is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in media planning, buying, activation, or integrated marketing.
• Experience managing media agencies and campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
