Jailbreak SharkNinja is our year-long, company-wide initiative to put AI in the hands of every employee and unlock what’s possible across the business. As part of that, we hosted Jailbreak LIVE—a four-day, meeting-free global AI hack (April 27, 2026)—bringing together 4,000+ team members to accelerate experimentation, bold thinking, and real-world problem solving.

We also launched Jailbreak EDU — a two-day “hack within a hack” where 35 students from 13 top universities teamed up with SharkNinja mentors to tackle real business challenges and push ideas further, faster. We partnered with students from Babson College, Bentley University, Boston University, Brandeis University, Brown University, University of California, Berkeley, Harvard University, Hult International Business School, Northeastern University, Suffolk University, Tufts University, UMass Boston, and Wentworth Institute of Technology.
