Ahmed Saeed joined SharkNinja as a co-op in 2024 and is now an Applied AI Analytics Associate and one of our first AI/Sharks. AI/Sharks are an AI-first team embedded in the Office of the CEO, partnering with leaders to automate slow processes and reimagine how work gets done. Early Talent Spotlight: Esha Thakur

During her 6-month co-op on our Product team, Esha Thakur worked across 10+ products, owned KPI validation, and partnered with 8+ cross-functional teams — going out of her way to shadow Demo and Sensory teams to see the full picture. For Esha, this was her first job in the U.S., and she made it count: from real project ownership to the mentors and friendships that made her feel like she belonged from day one.
