Creative Director, Indoor & Outdoor Cooking (Ninja Brand)

We’re seeking a Creative Director, Indoor & Outdoor Cooking to lead creative strategy and execution for the fast-growing Ninja brand across both kitchen and outdoor appliance categories. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee a high-performing team of ACDs, writers, and designers. You’ll shape the creative vision and ensure it comes to life across every stage of the consumer journey, from upper-funnel storytelling to lower-funnel conversion.

This role demands a hands-on strategic and conceptual thinker with a sharp creative point of view, deep brand-building experience, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for bringing new products to market, developing breakthrough 360° campaigns, and aligning creative across global launches. You must be comfortable presenting to and influencing executive leadership, collaborating with partners across product, engineering, marketing, IMC, and social, and navigating the pace and complexity of a high-growth organization.

And you know how to bring out the best in a team. You inspire, mentor, and grow creative talent. You give clear direction, elevate the work, and know when to push, pull back, or teach. You're not just making great work. You're helping others do the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative vision for Ninja’s indoor and outdoor cooking products across categories, campaigns, and channels
  • Inspire, mentor, and manage a growing team of Associate Creative Directors, copywriters, designers, and art directors
  • Drive concept development and execution across packaging, social, digital, experiential, OTT, Amazon, and DTC
  • Present work and sell in ideas to senior executives, articulating creative rationale and business impact
  • Partner closely with product development, engineering, brand strategy, consumer insights, marketing, IMC, and social to align business goals with creative strategy
  • Elevate the brand voice and visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Oversee creative direction for global launches and ensure regional alignment
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team
  • Champion the creative process from brief through execution with a balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on leadership
  • Stay current on trends in design, storytelling, technology, and culture to inform and evolve the brand’s creative edge
  • Adapt quickly to feedback, test results, and evolving priorities with the ability to pivot and iterate rapidly

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years in a creative leadership role at a top agency or consumer brand
  • A portfolio packed with bold, strategic work across digital, physical, and social channels
  • Proven experience building creative strategies that drive both emotional connection and business growth
  • Strong background leading and inspiring cross-functional creative teams
  • Mastery of design and concept tools including Figma, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Experience launching global campaigns and adapting creative for regional markets
  • Confident and able to advocate for bold, creative thinking
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for mentoring and growing creative talent
  • Experience in video concepting, storyboarding, and directing.
